
Meditation Sessions
The Buddhist Society of Canada plans to offer meditation classes and online meditation sessions. Whether you’re new to meditation or an experienced meditator all are welcome. We plan on offering in person and online meditation sessions. Currently all meditation sessions are being held over zoom.

Sunday Evening Meditation
Come join us for a guided meditation to help relax, unwind and prepare to meet the upcoming week with mindfulness and wisdom.
Session will be held over Zoom
All times are Central Standard Time.
7:30 pm – 30 min guided meditation followed by a short reflection
